Order Process

  • Design Approval: Once you submit your design request, we will create a digital mockup for your approval. No production will begin until you approve the design.
  • Changes: After the design is approved, any requests for changes may incur additional fees and delay production.

Payment Terms

  • Payments: Full payment is due upon completion of the order at check out.

Production Time

  • Custom orders typically take between 7-14 business days to complete, depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume.
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Please inquire about availability before placing your order.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Before Production: You may cancel your order for a full refund of the deposit if the cancellation is made before the design approval.
  • After Production Starts: Once production begins, cancellations are not allowed, and the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of custom products, we do not offer refunds on custom tumblers unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery Time: Shipping times may vary, but we will provide an estimated delivery date once your order has shipped.
  • Damaged Goods: If your tumbler arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Custom Items: Custom products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect design, spelling errors) or a defect in the product.

Design Limitations

  • We reserve the right to decline custom designs that include inappropriate, copyrighted, or offensive material.
  • Any licensed or trademarked designs will require proof of authorization for use.
